INGRÉDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked rice
Protein
- 🥩 2 slices (300g) sirloin steak
Vegetables
- 🥬 3 leaves lettuce
- 120g grated daikon
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Peel and grate the daikon, then lightly drain the water.
Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Tear the lettuce into large bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the beef, and cook over medium heat until browned. Flip the beef, add the sauce ingredients, and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Serve rice in a bowl, layer lettuce, place the beef on top, add grated daikon in the center, drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle chopped green onions.
