INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
Vegetables
- 70g naengi (shepherd's purse)
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 🧅 10cm green onion, sliced
Meat
- 🐖 200g pork neck, diced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of ground pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion and red chili diagonally. Dice the pork neck into bite-sized pieces.
Clean the naengi thoroughly, blanch in boiling water for 10 seconds, drain, and chop into 1cm pieces.
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the green onion and red chili until fragrant, then add diced pork, a pinch of salt, ground pepper, and 1 tbsp cooking wine. Stir-fry until the pork is crispy.
Add the naengi and 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce to the pan. Stir-fry briefly, then add 2 cups of cooked rice and 2 tbsp sesame oil. Mix well and stir-fry until evenly combined.
