- 🥓 60g block bacon
Egg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 40g pizza cheese
Vegetable
- 300g grated nagaimo
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiment
- 1 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Grate the nagaimo.
Cut the block bacon into 1cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix grated nagaimo, bacon cubes, beaten egg, and soy sauce.
Pour the mixture into a heatproof dish, top with pizza cheese, and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a toaster oven for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 3 minutes until the cheese is golden brown. Sprinkle chopped green onion on top.
