- 10cm (300g) grated nagaimo
Dairy
- 🧀 60g shredded pizza cheese
Condiments
- 2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
Herbs
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seaweed
- 1/4 sheet roasted nori
Oils
- Salad oil, as needed

ÉTAPES
Grate the nagaimo.
In a bowl, crack the egg and mix well. Add the grated nagaimo, 2/3 of the shredded pizza cheese (40g), and mentsuyu. Mix thoroughly.
Lightly grease a heatproof container with salad oil. Pour in the mixture and top with the remaining pizza cheese (20g). Bake in a toaster oven for 10–15 minutes, checking occasionally.
Tear the roasted nori into small pieces and place on top. Sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving.
