INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 20g salted wakame
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 4g bonito flakes
- 1 pickled plum
ÉTAPES
Wash the wakame in water. Soak it in a bowl of water for about 5 minutes. Drain and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces. Remove the seed from the pickled plum and finely chop it.
Boil water in a pot and cook the green onion for about 3 minutes until tender. Drain and squeeze out excess water after cooling slightly.
Mix the seasonings (sugar, soy sauce, bonito flakes, and pickled plum) in a bowl. Add the wakame and green onion, then toss to combine.
