- 🥩 300g beef brisket
- 1/2 radish, sliced
- 🧅 1 green onion, chopped
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Optional Ingredients
- 1 block of tofu, diced
- 1 tsp chili powder
ÉTAPES
Slice the radish into thin pieces and place them in a large pot.
Cut the beef brisket into bite-sized pieces, rinse under running water, and add to the pot.
Fill the pot with water until 80% full and bring to a boil over high heat.
Skim off impurities floating on the surface as the soup boils.
Once impurities stop appearing, add minced garlic, fish sauce, and salt to season.
Optionally, add diced tofu and sliced green onion for extra flavor and texture.
Serve hot in bowls, and optionally sprinkle chili powder for a spicy kick.
