Mushroom
- 🍄 1 pack (100g) nameko mushrooms
Vegetable
- 🥔 5cm (150g) daikon radish
- 🧅 A pinch of chopped green onion
Condiment
- 1 tbsp concentrated men-tsuyu
ÉTAPES
Rinse the nameko mushrooms briefly under water and drain. Grate the daikon radish and lightly squeeze out excess water.
Place the nameko mushrooms and 3 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Divide the grated daikon radish into serving bowls. Top with the nameko mushrooms, drizzle with men-tsuyu, and garnish with chopped green onion.
