INGRÉDIENTS
Tofu
- 2 pieces (300g) atsuage tofu
Mushroom
- 1 pack (100g) nametake mushrooms
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk (50g) green onion, sliced
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Condiments
- 🧈 20g butter
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- Black pepper, as needed
- White sesame seeds, as needed
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion diagonally into thin pieces.
Cut the atsuage tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat and add the tofu. Stir-fry until golden brown.
Add the green onion and stir-fry until softened. Then add nametake mushrooms, sake, and soy sauce. Continue stir-frying.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion, black pepper, and white sesame seeds.
