- 2 slices ham
- 1 bunch (200g) nanohana
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp powdered cheese
Dressing
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 1/2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tbsp powdered cheese
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the ham into bite-sized pieces.
Separate nanohana into stems and leaves, and slice the onion thinly.
Boil water in a pot, add salt, cook nanohana stems for 20 seconds, then add leaves and cook for 10 seconds. Rinse under cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl.
Combine nanohana, onion, and ham in a separate bowl. Plate the mixture and drizzle with powdered cheese and dressing.
