- 🦑 1 squid (250g)
Vegetables
- 1 bunch nanohana (200g)
- 1/2 yellow pepper (75g)
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms (80g)
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 tsp sliced red chili
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
ÉTAPES
Prepare the squid by cleaning and slicing it into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the nanohana, yellow pepper, and king oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté garlic and red chili until fragrant.
Add the vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add the squid and sake to the pan, cover, and steam for 5 minutes.
Season with salt and stir well before serving.
