Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch nanohana
- 100g julienned daikon
Seafood
- 8 slices smoked salmon
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Dressing
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
ÉTAPES
Cut nanohana into halves, separating stems and leaves. Julienne the daikon.
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, cook nanohana stems for 30 seconds, then add leaves and cook for 10 seconds. Drain and squeeze out excess water.
Mix nanohana with parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Place nanohana and julienned daikon on smoked salmon slices and roll tightly.
Mix vinegar, olive oil, and salt in a separate bowl to make the dressing. Serve the salmon rolls on a plate and drizzle with the dressing.
