- 🍗 150g ground chicken
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, minced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 1 bell pepper, minced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Napolitan Sauce
- 💧 3 tbsp water
- 🍅 4 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp tonkatsu sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Mince the carrot, onion, and bell pepper.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken with salt and pepper until sticky.
Add minced vegetables, mayonnaise, and potato starch to the chicken mixture and mix well.
Divide the mixture into equal portions, shape them, and skewer them onto bamboo sticks.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and arrange the skewered tsukune.
Flip once browned, cover, and steam-fry for 3 minutes.
Remove tsukune, mix water, ketchup, tonkatsu sauce, and sugar in the pan, then return tsukune and coat them while simmering.
