INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Fish
- 1 can saba (190g)
Legumes
- 50g mixed beans
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 eggplants (160g)
- 🍅 1/2 tomato (125g)
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp curry powder
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp ketchup
- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the eggplants into bite-sized pieces and dice the tomato.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add eggplants and cook until softened.
Add the mixed beans, diced tomato, and saba can (including liquid).
Sprinkle curry powder and chili powder, then stir well.
Combine sake, sugar, soy sauce, ketchup, and water in a bowl, then pour into the pan.
Simmer for 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve the mixture over cooked rice.
