ÉTAPES
Chop the natto finely using a knife.
Crack the egg into a bowl and mix well.
Add the seasonings (sake, sugar, miso) into a pot and mix. Heat over medium heat.
Once the mixture starts bubbling, reduce to low heat and add the beaten egg. Stir until semi-cooked, then add the chopped natto and mix well.
