INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 2 packs natto
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1/3 bunch chives, cut into 4cm pieces
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked white rice
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp red chili
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion into thin slices (about 1cm thick). Cut the chives into 4cm pieces. Slice the garlic thinly.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until the garlic turns golden brown, then remove the garlic.
Add natto to the pan and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add pork and onion to the pan and stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Mix in the seasonings (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, red chili) and stir well. Add the chives and stir-fry briefly.
Serve the stir-fried mixture over warm rice in a bowl and top with the fried garlic slices.
