INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 1 pack natto with sauce
- 🧀 40g pizza cheese
- 70g kimchi
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Batter
- 🥚 1 egg
- 💧 100ml water
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Sauce
- 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- Chili oil to taste
- Sesame seeds to taste
ÉTAPES
Chop kimchi roughly using kitchen scissors.
In a bowl, mix egg, water, and natto sauce. Add flour and potato starch, then mix well. Add natto and kimchi, and mix to form the batter.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add pizza cheese. Once the cheese melts and edges become crispy, pour the batter over it. Cook until golden brown, flip, and drizzle sesame oil around the edges. Cook for another 3 minutes until crispy.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Cut the pancake into bite-sized pieces, serve with the sauce on the side.
