- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)
- 1 pack natto with sauce
- 🥬 1/4 bag spinach
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut the spinach into bite-sized pieces and microwave in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 1 minute at 600W. Rinse with cold water, squeeze out excess moisture, and set aside. Julienne the carrot and microwave in a heatproof container covered with plastic wrap for 1.5 minutes at 600W. Let cool.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (salt, sesame oil, garlic, sesame seeds) in a bowl. Add the carrot and spinach, and toss to combine.
Place the cooked rice in a serving bowl. Top with the seasoned vegetables, natto, and egg yolk.
