INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 200g pork slices
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion (green part)
Oil
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- sufficient salad oil for frying
Seasoning
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 🧂 pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1/3 tsp grated garlic
Starch
- 2 tbsp potato starch
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion into rings. Mix in a bowl with sesame oil, vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, sake, grated ginger, and grated garlic.
Add pork slices to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for 30 minutes, then add potato starch and mix until evenly coated.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 180°C (1cm depth). Fry the pork slices until golden brown. Plate the pork and top with the prepared green onion mixture.
