INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 200g cooked rice
Egg
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Seafood
- 25g mentaiko (1/2 piece)
Vegetables
- 🧅 80g chopped green onion
- 🧄 1 clove sliced garlic
Oil and Butter
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧈 5g salted butter
Seasoning
- 1 tsp concentrated mentuyu
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Chop the green onion into coarse pieces and slice the garlic, removing its core.
Extract the contents of the mentaiko.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until crispy. Reserve 3 garlic chips for garnish. Add green onion and sauté until softened. Pour in the beaten egg and cook until semi-set.
Add cooked rice and stir-fry until separated. Mix in mentuyu and butter, then stir well. Add mentaiko and quickly sauté. Season with salt and pepper.
Plate the fried rice and garnish with reserved garlic chips.
