- 🧀 sufficient amount of pizza cheese
Negi Miso
- 🧅 3 green onions
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp miso
ÉTAPES
Make 1cm deep cuts halfway through the thickness of the atsuage, rotate 90 degrees, and repeat.
Chop the green onions finely and mix them in a bowl with sugar and miso to create negi miso.
Place the atsuage on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil, spread negi miso into the cuts, and add pizza cheese.
Bake in a toaster oven for 7–8 minutes until the cheese melts.
Optionally, sprinkle chopped green onions on top before serving.
