INGRÉDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (400g)
Protein
- 🥩 160g sliced beef
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧅 2 green onions, chopped
Seasoning
- 💧 200cc water
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🌰 To taste white sesame seeds
Broth
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
Sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion thinly and chop the green onions. Mix the sauce ingredients (gochujang and sesame oil) in a bowl.
Bring water and dashi powder to a boil in a pot. Add the beef and onion, and simmer over medium heat until the beef is cooked through.
Add the broth ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and bring to a boil again. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes until the broth reduces.
Serve the cooked rice in bowls, top with the beef mixture, green onions, and place an egg in the center. Drizzle with the sauce and sprinkle sesame seeds.
