- 🧅 10cm minced green onion
Seasoning

- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
ÉTAPES
Season both sides of the pork with salt and pepper, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mince the green onion finely.
In a bowl, mix the minced green onion with the sauce ingredients (salt, sesame oil, lemon juice).
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the pork, and cook on medium heat until both sides are browned and fully cooked.
