- 100g thinly sliced pork belly
- 🍚 1 bowl (150g) cooked white rice
Negi Salt Sauce
- 🧅 6cm green onion
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Ham Corn Cup
- 1 slice ham
- 🌽 1 tbsp whole corn
- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧀 1/2 tbsp pizza cheese
Tuna Pepper Cup
- 1/2 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 🐟 1 tbsp oil-packed canned tuna
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut pork into bite-sized pieces. Place in a microwave-safe bowl, add green onion and Negi Salt Sauce ingredients, mix well, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes until cooked.
Make 4 cuts in the ham. Thinly slice the bell pepper.
Place ham in a microwave-safe cup, add corn and mayonnaise, mix, and top with pizza cheese. In another cup, mix bell pepper, tuna, salt, pepper, and oyster sauce. Microwave both cups at 600W for about 1 minute.
Pack cooked rice into a bento box, top with the pork mixture, and add the ham corn and tuna pepper cups.
