- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Sauce
- 🧅 30g minced green onion
- 🍬 Pinch of sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Mix chicken, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise in a bowl until well-coated.
Skewer the chicken pieces onto sticks.
Mince the green onion finely.
Combine green onion, sugar, salt, lemon juice, and sesame oil in a bowl to make the sauce.
Heat a frying pan without oil, place the chicken skewers, and cook over medium heat until browned. Flip and cover with a lid, cooking on low heat for about 3 minutes until fully cooked.
Serve the chicken skewers on a plate and drizzle with the negi shio lemon sauce.
