INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked white rice (400g)
Protein
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (200g)
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- A small amount of mitsuba
Seasoning
- A small amount of yuzu pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Slice the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the green onion diagonally. Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix lightly.
In a pot, add the chicken thigh and the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, chicken broth powder, and water). Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, then add the green onion and cook for 1 more minute.
Pour the eggs over the chicken mixture, covering the meat. Cook until the eggs are partially set. Serve over bowls of rice, garnish with mitsuba, and add a small amount of yuzu pepper.
