- 250g pork slices

- 🧅 1/2 stalk minced green onion
Coating
- Potato starch as needed

- 3 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning

- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Mince the green onion and mix it with the ★ ingredients in a bowl to make the negi sauce.
