INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Meat
- 🐖 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 20cm white part of green onion, minced
Oil and Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- Pinch of black pepper
- White sesame seeds, as needed
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
ÉTAPES
Mince the white part of the green onion.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the sliced pork.
Once the pork changes color, add the minced green onion and the seasoning mixture (sake, chicken stock powder, and salt). Stir-fry until the liquid evaporates.
Serve the cooked pork mixture over bowls of rice. Sprinkle with black pepper and white sesame seeds.
