INGRÉDIENTS
Noodles
- 🍜 2 servings fresh Chinese noodles
Meat
- 🐖 120g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion (165g)
Oil and Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
Negi Shio Sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1/4 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Finely chop 1/4 of the green onion and slice the rest into small pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork until fully cooked over medium heat.
Add Chinese noodles, sliced green onion, and 1 tbsp water to the pan. Cover and steam over low heat for 2 minutes. Uncover, loosen the noodles, and season with salt and black pepper. Stir well and let cool.
In a bowl, mix the finely chopped green onion with the Negi Shio Sauce ingredients.
Pack the stir-fried noodles into a bento box and store the Negi Shio Sauce separately. Pour the sauce over the noodles just before eating.
