- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 🍶 2 tsp sake
- as needed potato starch
Oil
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
Vegetable
- 🧅 1 green onion
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and sake, then massage the mixture into the chicken. Lightly coat the chicken with potato starch. Slice the green onion into rings and soak in water for 10 minutes, then drain.
Heat 1/2 tbsp sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook until fully cooked through.
Arrange the cooked chicken on a plate and top with the green onion. Heat the remaining sesame oil in the frying pan until hot, then pour it over the dish to finish.
