Mix ground pork with the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, red miso, garlic) in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds. Stir, cover again, and microwave for another 1 minute 30 seconds until cooked. Let cool.
