- 6 rice paper sheets
Filling
- 🐟 150g minced tuna
- 6 okra pods
- 100g julienned yam
- 6 shiso leaves
Sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
ÉTAPES
Rub okra with 1 tsp salt, rinse, and microwave for 2 minutes. Cool in water and remove stems.
Julienne the yam into thin strips.
Soak rice paper in lukewarm water briefly to soften.
Place shiso, tuna, okra, and yam on the rice paper. Fold sides and roll tightly.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl to prepare the dipping sauce.
