- 100g ground pork
- 🧅 1 new onion (150g)
- 4 shiso leaves
- A dash of chili oil
Seasoning for Meat Miso
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp potato starch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Cut the new onion in half horizontally. Trim the stems off the shiso leaves and slice them thinly.
Place the new onion in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
In another microwave-safe container, mix ground pork with the seasoning ingredients (☆). Loosely cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes until cooked. Stir lightly to combine into meat miso.
Plate the microwaved onion, top with meat miso, garnish with shiso leaves, and drizzle with chili oil.
