INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥔 6 small new potatoes (300g)
- 4 shiso leaves, finely chopped
Seafood
- 3 tbsp dried shirasu
Dressing
- 1 umeboshi, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Wash the new potatoes thoroughly under running water, cut them in half, and soak in water briefly. Drain and place in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for about 5 minutes until tender. Let cool.
Finely chop the shiso leaves and remove the pit from the umeboshi, then chop it finely.
In a bowl, mix the chopped shiso leaves, umeboshi, vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Add the dried shirasu and cooked potatoes, then toss to combine.
