Vegetables
- 🥔 4 small potatoes (200g)
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
Sauces
- 100g meat sauce (store-bought)
Oils and Seasonings
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Dried parsley, to taste
- 🧀 Grated cheese, to taste
ÉTAPES
Cut broccoli into small florets. Wash potatoes and cut them in half with the skin on. Place potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Add broccoli to the container, cover loosely again, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the potatoes until their surface becomes crispy. Add broccoli and stir-fry until golden brown.
Add the meat sauce to the pan and stir to coat the vegetables evenly. Serve on a plate and sprinkle grated cheese and dried parsley on top.
