- 200g ground meat mix

- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced

- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 3 tbsp milk
- 5g gelatin powder
Cooking Oils
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Liquids
- 💧 100cc water
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion and microwave it for 1 minute at 600W in a heatproof bowl covered with plastic wrap.
In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk to moisten. Add ground meat, onion, salt, pepper, and gelatin, then mix until sticky.
Divide the mixture into two portions and shape into oval patties, removing air pockets.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Sear both sides of the patties until browned.
Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and water to the pan. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
