- 50g of nira, cut into 4cm pieces
- 60g of bean sprouts
- 🌽 3 tbsp of frozen corn
Seasoning
- 🧈 10g of salted butter
- 1/2 tsp of chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 💧 400ml of water

Cut the nira into 4cm pieces after removing the root ends.

Heat a pot over medium heat and add water, chicken stock powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.

Add the bean sprouts and cook until softened.
