INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 80g ground pork
Vegetables
- 50g nira (chopped)
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Thickening Agent
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 400ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the nira into 3cm pieces after trimming the roots.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat, add ground pork, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the seasoning ingredients (☆) and bring to a boil. Skim off any foam and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Add the nira and bring the soup to a boil again. Stir in the potato starch mixture and cook until thickened.
