INGRÉDIENTS
Wrapper
- 4 rice paper sheets
Meat
- 100g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 50g nira (chopped)
- 100g bean sprouts
- 30g red paprika (sliced)
- 2 lettuce leaves
Sauces and Oils
- 2 tbsp yakiniku sauce
- Sweet chili sauce (to taste)
- 2 tsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Cut nira into two portions: one into halves and the other into 5cm lengths. Microwave bean sprouts for 90 seconds at 600W, then drain. Slice red paprika thinly and tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Add chopped nira and yakiniku sauce, then stir briefly.
Dip rice paper sheets in water to soften. Place lettuce, stir-fried beef mixture, red paprika, and bean sprouts on the rice paper. Roll tightly, folding the edges inward, and place a halved nira leaf on top before completing the roll. Repeat for all sheets.
Cut the rolls into bite-sized pieces and serve with sweet chili sauce.
