INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 bunch (100g) of nira
Seaweed
- 1/2 sheet of roasted seaweed
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 pinch of salt
- 1/3 tsp of chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tbsp of vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp of sesame oil
- 🧄 1/3 tsp of grated garlic
Topping
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Bring a pot of water to boil, add nira, and blanch briefly. Rinse under cold water, squeeze out excess moisture, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (salt, chicken stock powder, vinegar, sesame oil, and garlic). Add the nira and tear the roasted seaweed into pieces, mixing everything together.
Plate the mixture and sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
