INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch nira
- 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
Staples
- 5 wonton wrappers
- 🥚 1 egg
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Soup Base
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 600 ml water
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- to taste pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut nira into bite-sized pieces. Slice shiitake mushrooms thinly and julienne the carrot.
Quarter the wonton wrappers. Crack the egg into a bowl and mix well.
In a pot, combine the soup base ingredients and prepared vegetables. Bring to a boil and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Add sesame oil and the beaten egg to the pot. Cook until the egg is semi-cooked. Serve in bowls.
