ÉTAPES
Cut the garlic chives into bite-sized pieces. Slice the shiitake mushrooms thinly, including the stems.
Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloins and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly.
In a pot, add water, dashi powder, and cooked white rice. Heat until boiling, then add the chicken and shiitake mushrooms. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the garlic chives and soy sauce, bring to a boil, then pour in the beaten eggs. Cook until the eggs are set, then serve hot.
