- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Coating
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 1/3 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Place the octopus and seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, ginger, garlic) into a plastic bag and massage to coat.
Drain excess liquid lightly and add potato starch to the bag, then massage to coat the octopus evenly.
Arrange the coated octopus pieces on a baking tray without overlapping and drizzle salad oil over them.
Bake in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
