- 🧂 1 tbsp coarse salt
- 🧄 1 tbsp garlic
- 5 tbsp fish sauce
- 0.5 tbsp chili powder

- 🍚 2 tbsp cooked rice
- 💧 200ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the radish into small pieces suitable for children.
Mix the radish with 1 tbsp coarse salt and 1 tbsp sugar, then let it sit for 30 minutes to marinate.
Prepare the seasoning by blending 1 paprika, 2 tbsp cooked rice, and 200ml water until smooth.
After 30 minutes, discard the water released from the radish. Do not rinse the radish.
Gradually add the blended seasoning to the radish, adjusting to taste.
Add 0.5 tbsp chili powder and mix well.
Let the kimchi sit at room temperature for one day to ferment, then store in the refrigerator.
