    • 2 tsp sesame oil for cooking
    • 1 tsp sesame oil for aroma
  • Seasoning

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp miso
    • 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 💧 200ml water
  • Thickener

    • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
    • 💧 1/2 tbsp water

Mince the green onion and cut the firm tofu into bite-sized pieces.

Mix all the seasoning ingredients (marked with ☆) in a bowl.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork, grated ginger, and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the pork changes color. Add minced green onion and sauté briefly.

Add the mixed seasoning (☆) to the pan and bring to a boil while stirring. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 8 minutes. Add the tofu and cook for another 2 minutes over medium heat.

Add the cornstarch slurry (cornstarch mixed with water) to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens. Finish by adding sesame oil for aroma and mix well.
