Shrimp
- 🍤 270g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🧅 45g minced green onion
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Shrimp Marinade
- 2 tsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Finely mince the green onion.
Wash the peeled shrimp, pat dry, and marinate with sake, salt, and cornstarch.
Mix all sauce ingredients in a separate bowl.
Heat salad oil in a pan, sauté green onion, garlic, and ginger over low heat until fragrant. Add shrimp and cook over medium heat until they change color.
Add the mixed sauce to the pan and stir until thickened.
