Noodles
- 🍜 200g somyeon noodles
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 head lettuce, torn
- 🍅 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup radish sprouts
Seafood
- 🍤 200g cocktail shrimp, boiled
Dressing
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces, rinse in cold water, and drain.
Halve cherry tomatoes and set aside.
Boil cocktail shrimp, rinse in cold water, and drain.
Cook somyeon noodles in boiling water, adding cold water intermittently until fully cooked.
Arrange lettuce evenly on a large plate and place cherry tomatoes around the edges.
Roll noodles into small bundles and place on top of the lettuce.
Top noodles with shrimp and radish sprouts, placing shrimp between noodles as well.
Serve dressing separately and drizzle over salad just before eating.
