INGRÉDIENTS
Meat Mixture
- 🍗 200g ground chicken
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion, minced
- 1 clove ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp seaweed paste
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
For Cooking
- 1 tbsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Mince the green onion and ginger.
In a bowl, combine all 'Meat Mixture' ingredients and mix until sticky. Divide into 8 portions and shape into oval patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook until browned on one side.
Flip the patties, cover with a lid, and steam-fry over low heat for 5 minutes. Add the 'Seasoning' ingredients and simmer over medium heat until the sauce thickens and coats the patties.
