- 🌿 Sufficient amount of nori (seaweed)
- 🍖 2 slices ham
- 🧀 2 slices cheese
ÉTAPES
Cut the nori into 1.5 cm wide strips. Slice the hanpen in half horizontally.
Place a slice of cheese and ham on one piece of hanpen. Trim any excess and sandwich with the other piece of hanpen.
Line a baking tray with aluminum foil, grease it with salad oil, and place the hanpen sandwich on it. Toast for about 3 minutes until lightly browned.
Cool thoroughly, cut into 8 equal pieces, and wrap each piece with a strip of nori.
