ÉTAPES
Cut nozawana pickle into 8 vertical strips. Slice each cheese slice into 4 pieces.
Layer pork with pepper, nozawana pickle, and melting cheese, then roll tightly from one end.
Coat the rolls in flour, then beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
Heat salad oil to 170°C in a pot, add the rolls, and fry for 4–5 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
