ÉTAPES
Prepare all the vegetables.
Blanch the broccoli lightly and chop finely.
Separate corn kernels and finely chop the remaining vegetables.
Add salt, pepper, and eggs to the mixture.
Add pancake flour to the mixture until it binds well.
Heat a pan on low heat and spoon the mixture onto the pan to fry.
